Default Management Light on and car booked in

Yesturday my cars Magagement light came on or at least I think it is, its the outline of a car with a spanner on it. Anyway it came on and I had very limited power so as soon as I could I pulled over and turned the engine off. Started it up again and it ran ok and no light on.
Today the light came on 3 times in a 7 mile trip and 2 times back again and the light now stays on when you turn the ignition lights on.
I have booked it in to the stealers for Monday and then removed the Remap and put it back to 150mode which cleared the light. I took it for a run and all seemed ok untill I was overtaking a car and all of a sudden I lost all power and the light came back on but he engine still ran but limited power.
I looked at the Swirlvalve setup and all looks ok and the EGR was electronicaly blocked off with my remap so does anyone have any ideas?.
Luckily he car is under Manufacturers Warranty untill mid September

HP pump is possible, also turbo boost sensor, split hoses,EGR valve, swirl flaps etc.Right now a code reader would be handy,so that you can read the codes before the stealer does. But I guess it's no problem if it's still under warranty.

Well they have had a look and they reakon that it needs a DPF Regenerate which seems odd as it only did its job about 3 weeks ago and they say that it needs a ECU upgrade which they say they will pay for subject to a full service history and that there has been no fiddling with the ECU,ie remaps etc.
I think that this is a load of poop and they are trying it on. Today all they did was cancel the light and kept me hanging around for 2 hours. I now have to go back tomorrow with all my service receipts for them to maybe give me another load of cow poop. My car only has had 2 services and one of them was with this dealer and the other was with MPG.

Total waste of time and Arnod Clark hace proved yet again just what a good dealership they are, NOT.
The service manager is a snake in the grass or should I say a Wee Worm in the grass and sneaks around this forum and then prints out all your details and uses it against you. Because of this little %$^&(*& actions my warranty is now void but it was going to run out in September anyway so MPG will now permantly look after my car and my wifes and fathers.
He also says he is a member so BE WARNED as he is just here to stab you in the back
