Default Hi All- NEED HELP WITH a Signum INDICATOR FAULT PLS

I have a 2004 Vauxhall Signum where the OSR indicator has failed causing the display to indicate a fault. It's not the bulb or holder or fuses, I have tried replacing underbonnet, behind glove and rear body control modules swaopping with SH units and failed to fix! Fault code is Open Circuit to OSR Indicator. The indicator tends to work when first powered for a few flashes then fails.Does the rear module have to be programmed to the existing system? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm at my wits end

You say the fault is sporadic and is an open circuit. I'd be more inclinded to investigate the indicator stalk istelf.

The stalk can't be removed on its own, its integrated with the CIM module (a £350 fix) I'm not saying it is the CIM but it controls all dials, immobiliser and indicator functions amongst other things.

if the front one works fine then its not the CIM, could be chaffed wiring from the REC through to the bulb cluster. If your still stuck come down to Brentwood 13th - 14th June, and we'll strip it out and trace the problem, (check the link in my signature)
Plasma's Tech2 services are now open and able to provide services

woah! not aware of that. What a rubbish idea!!!! anyway, such is life.

Looks like it may be the job for a stealer unless you can find any faults with wiring.

.check earth point near the rear light clusters. Also check that all pins in multi-plugs look ok etc etc.
