Opel Vauxhall don't exist in US. I looked at Saturn Ion and they are $25 each plug.

I would need some convincing that these are of any benefit tbh. A lab test doesn't cut the mustard with me, unless I truly understand the test, how accurate it is, how reliable it is in detecting changes, the measurement system analysis on the test and equipment etc etc. It is entirely feasible that the 8% change that they have 'measured' is normal test to test variability in their facility or test repeatability. Even a very good test facility using horrendously expensive analysis equipment and testing equipment and professional operators (who do it day in, day out) will call 5% difference normal test to test variation.
Easy to make claims, difficult to prove them under professional scrutiny. We all know that the resistor type tuning boxes and magentic fields around fuel line work according to the people trying to sell them on Ebay etc, but the reality is that they don't actually have any benefit on the road.
