Default Off sick ~ Already Bored

Well after an 'Incident' at work on Sat I have managed to pull something in my lower back which is doing something or other to my Sciatic nerve.

Im in agony when i move and its really winding me up!!

Been signed off for 2 weeks now but it could be as long as 6-8Weeks!!

Im only a few days in and im already bored!!!

My Holiday to Tunisia next weeks is hampered as now i wont be able to do some things etc etc

So anyone got any tips for things to do whilst im off?????

    Danny

Thats how my back problems started mate. i had a disc out and it was ok, then 2 yrs later i lifted a very heavy suitcase and twisted and another disc exploded. So take it very easy whilst your off work.

Think you need to take things easy but not sit about, do gentle exercise to keep things from seizing up hth ......................

hope you heal up quickly mate, i did my back in last year and ended up off work for just over 6 months, not fun
as said above keep mobile and do gentle exercise or it will take even longer to heal up
back to square one being bored now though, been out of work for 5 weeks so far and its doing me head in
