    Default A little Tinkering

    I have always found that when the Irmscher Chrome door mirror housings are fitted, the body coloured part between the housing and the mounting plate all of a sudden looks out of place.

    As you can see on my first Vectra C, the silver lightning bit looks odd.



    So this morning the Signum covers were removed, paint flattened, primed and re-painted in satin black. I know my car was already black anyway but I think the satin black covers make it look a little better.






    In my opinion, I think it looks much better. The picture below is from when I did my last Signum, being pomegranet the effect is more pronounced.



    What do you reckon?
