Getting really annoyed with this car z20net

Revs are staing high and struggling to come down. the other day they stuck high apparently, misus was driving. she had to turn the car off. driveable now but not running right any ideas

Get the car in to a stealers remove the map and get them to do a full systems test.Just bite the bullet and see what they come up with.

Steve had a chat with a technician and he seem to think the car has issues with the vacuum system,split hose,sensor.Just keep the faith!! You told me the story behind the car so get it sorted and you have the car of your dreams.Keep going mate.

Totally pi$$ed off. took the car to stealers NO FAULT FOUND SIR, what a load of rubbish the revs pic up and hold for a second then decrease slowly, happens more when hot????

sounds like its drawing air mate which probably wouldnt show up an error code but hope you get too the bottom of it soon as it should be a beast with the mods you have

Think there's a clue there.

By all accounts the Z20NET doesn't like being modified internally. But all credit to you wanting to improve on what is an already good engine. Hope you get it sorted pronto.
