    Default Coilovers question....

    does anybody know if you can just buy the coilovers for the rear of the vec? if so any links or rough price.cheers

    dont think you can, also why, why not go for a full set.
    on ebay theres some hottunning coilovers for £400,
    i used them on my old vec b and they were that good im havin em on the c

    coilovers on the rear of the vec are pretty much the same as a standard suspension setup, in that, the shock and spring are seperate. the only difference is that the spring has an adjustable height platform, and are abit shorter.

    i need the car to be sat lower at the rear, happy with how its sat at the front, can you recommend any for the rear?

    Will having the front/rear at different heights effect the abs at all? (just an honest question )

    im not aware of anywhere where u can buy just rear coilovers. you can get custom springs made, but again im not sure where.

    i use KW coilovers on my vec and ive used FK coilovers on other cars. had no problems from either.


    having the car sat at different heights wont affect the abs, it may affect the handlin due to the stiffness of the springs bein set up for different ride heights (hope that makes sense).

    Ok thanks, I thought it did due to the brake bias set up. Learn something new everyday

    as for being sat at different heights...... its not sat level now and the brakes work fine,they were checked out on the rollers at my mates garage after we did the brake pipes last weekend.
