Are the VXR hoses different from the standard ones...?

yep, apparently so. I did ask what was different but they didn't answer that bit. Probably just a few quid more tbh

i asked HEL brake lines for some hoses they made me a set i just sent them some hose's so they could copy them and they made them up i am running the vectra vxr 345mm disk's on front give them a try they were more helpful then goodrigde hope this helps

Customer service at HEL is 100%. Great product backed up by people who do what they say they will. Even though I bought some hoses from one of their retailers and one was wrong, HEL supplied the correct one direct themselves at no cost.
