    its really easy only a few bolts and few Torx bolts and 2 gaskets, and probs PM me and ill do my best to help OR you asking before you make a HOW ? lol

    This job is now complete and the car is running great but now when I turn it on there is a car with a spanner light on. Any reason?

    I think the Engine Management System may need to be reloaded following replacement of the EGR?

    removed mine loads of time not a problem?

    all connectors/plugs pluged together properly?

    gasket sealed properly? i would recommend new gaskets each time? only £2-£3

    Did you turn the ignition on with the EGR removed?, if you did, this would cause it.

    Is the plug properly pushed right up into place on the EGR, thought mine was but it wasnt. This would cause it too.
