It all depends on how much money you are willing to put into it mate. You have some choices :

    - You can mask the swirls really well with AG Super Resin Polish. This can be applied by hand and you'll have to work it in well to achieve it's masking abilities. (Then apply a wax or sealant to protect your work) Alternativey you can mask the swirls with some AutoBalm (this contains fillers) I've used this and it works wonders .

    - However, to achieve the perfect finish and remove your scratchs you will need to use a polisher (Dual Action or Rotary) with an appropriate polish that contains abbrasives. This is the most expensive and time consuming method but you will be pleased with the results .

Applying something like Megs Scratch X by hand will take a very long time to remove the scratches. (If that is what is does, not sure if it masks them )

use the megs swirl x its really good stuff, works really well and is easy to use, dont use the scratch x as that is only really for harsher scratches....not swirls....

Where sells it, sorry tried the usual Halfords and local car shops but can't find it anywhere in the south west. It only seems to be the bonnet affected. A mate has a mop so will pinch the to do some bits.
