I have made about six claims with Warranty Wise
    Personally AVOID them

They only pay the labour rate and parts
So if other parts need to be removed to access the failed part then YOU have to pay for that
Also if the parts removed can be refitted then they will not pay for replacement parts, so you will have to pay for them also

However, claim processing is very quick
Cheque settlement usually arrives within 5 business days of them receiving the copy invoice (always send them documents by recorded delivery)

I also made three tyre claims
As per usual they send out an assessor for the first claim
This is to check the vehicle actually exists!
However, this means you are without your car for up to three days

My vectra recently had a problem with the camshaft sensor and a company called Warranty Direct would not pay out on the claim because the car hadnt been serviced by me although I only had the car for 6 months.

I'm not sure if I would bother getting another policy again...
