    Default I didn't realise.....

how well the car handles since putting eibach springs on. What a difference. S bends and hairpin corners are dealt with ease at speed which i would have never done or felt safe with standard springs on. On a little drive today there was Skoda Octavia Vrs on a 56 plate in front of me, he must have noticed me because he put his foot down so i thought "Ok, game on." Before i don't think i would have stood a chance against a car like that on back roads, even with BSR stage 1, but with the eibach springs on, it's a different matter. I was stuck on him like glue, but what did suprised me, was how easy it was to keep up, and at anytime i could have over taken him, but there are speed limits and we both kept inside of em. So to finish, on acceleration i had him beat and on the bends, i had him beat.

I can agree with you 100% in the amazing difference the Eibachs make.

Drinky fitted mine and the drive home down the winding lanes was a total change to the normal setup.

One thing you need to do is get it 4 wheel alligned as soon as, as i had mine done at Demon tweeks and they showed me a before and after printout and it shocked me as to the differences in camber toe and thrust angle.

Do you need to upgrade the shocks? Or can you actually get away with say 35mm lowered springs with standard shocks?

I will probably only ever do my LS if a spring broke, as so many seem to on this forum lol

Give it time bud, they'll got on you eventually 56,000 and the second front one broke (53 plate)

I've got some Eibach's on mine last week and have noticed a hell of a lot of difference in handling, feels a lot firmer in corners and in my opinion, there worth the money

Yes on the SRi/GSi as they are shorter shocks, worth upgrading to bilsteins if you have any of the others.

SRi/GSi owners sometimes have to do it anyway as the standard shocks sometimes give up with the extra stress
