ok, i know that i might sound like an idiot but i have to ask this because i havent done this before. i would like to spray 2-3 bits of my car but i'd like to do it myself as those are small parts and they don't need to be perfect. i have a compressor and all tools needed, but i don't know how to mix paint?
i have 3 things here for which i was told that i'll need them.

first, i have a can of y547 paint (for my car)

then, i have a can of clear coat "2:1"

and the last thing is hardener.. strangely there arent any "how2" pictures on the can but as far as i understood is is mentioned on clear coat can

there aren't any written instructions on cans , just some pictures but i'm too dumb to understand them lol
i do understand in my own way but i don't know if i understand correctly

what i'd do is first fill my gun with paint, then spray the surface and when it dries i'd make a mix of lacquer (2) and hardener (1) and then spray with that over the paint?

or i have to mix it all together and then spray?

how much should i wait between those steps?

one more thing, i guess that i need to prime the surface first? i think that i saw some primers in spray bottles, would that do the job? i'm spraying plastic btw..

can anyone help ?
