3.2 GSI Discs & Exhaust Advice Req'd Please!

A question for GSI 3.2 owners, I'm going to need 4 new discs soon and probably new rear exhaust boxes.

Can anyone recommend good discs & pads that aren't a ripoff from the stealers. I've seen lots on Ebay but wondered if there are any good (I don't want chocolate one's fitted !!!!)

Also, any advice on where to get new rear exhaust would be greatly appreciated.

PS. I keep reading about folk removing the 'cat' from their exhausts, is this legal? Will the card pass the MOT? Do you have to remove any sensors etc at the same time?
