I've sold my car!

i dont miss my first car,as being young i was a bit hashy with it,a dinjy 1.2 corsa C,and i see that about regularly,and i know the person that has it,but if only knew what that cars been through in its short little life,so a dont bother talkin to him

be a shame to spoile his car.miss ma last car,mk4 astra sri 1.8.wee 5 door car,was brilliant but,couldnt be any happier with the car i have now,quite a step up from my corsa from a few years ago.love it

i was ready to cry when i sold them

it makes me sad to think i didnt actually have to sell them, i could have just dumped my ex instead lol

i've still got 2 RS2000s and I can't part with them. i've conjured up all sorts of excuses to keep them over the last few years! one of them has to go soon though

sure mate... here's a vid of me hooning around in my mk 5a RS2000 on the grass @ Donny about 5 years ago. this was also when my so called "4x4" had a centre diff problem as you'll see lol! that one's been SORN for about 4 years now. it's rare as rocking horse poo as they only made 500 4x4s to begin with and most of those were in mk 6 shape. this one was awesome on roundabouts for 4 wheel drifting and great fun in the snow! everyone else was creeping about and you could just boot it lol!

and here's a pic of the mk6 2wd. not the quickest motor at about 175bhp when sensibly modded, but loads of fun all the same

Sold my old Veccy C last week. Spent about 4 hours cleaning and polishing that car up for the buyer. Double washed, waxed, detailed, few chip marks and door clonks filled, vac'd and polished inside.. looked fantastic.

Having done all that I didn't really want to sell it.. but had to. The buyer was pleased with the effort I'd made, and just the cleanliness of the car made their decision! I did go out and watch them leave and was nearly in tears when it went.

They live near my parents so I may see it about, only hope they look after it as well as I did....
