I got this last week, and you have to unlock an exel sheet and send it on, correct answer is 10990


7 girls x 7 backpacks x 7 big cat= 343 big cats

343 big cats x 7 little cats = 2,401

2,401 + 343 = 2,744 total cats

7 girls x 2 legs = 14 legs

2,744 cats x 4 legs = 10,976 legs

10,976 + 14 = 10,990 total legs

each girl has 7 back packs with 7 big cats and 49 little cats
so ( 7 + 49 ) * 4 = 224 cat legs per back pack

7 * 224 = 1568 Cat legs in total for each girl

7 * 1568 = 10976 Cat legs in all the back packs
