    Default hid kit dodgy?

fitted my 12k hid kit tonight and they seem to flicker and flash when the revs change or even at idle!

just wondering if anyone has experienced similar problems! do they normally need a relay? or is it my alternator on its way out and not stabalising the voltage?

its the bulb warning thing you need man rectifies the voltage to the units irrc!
