    Default My new SRI V6 CDTI

    HI guys, just bought a '06 plate Ex-policeTraffic car 'special' according to the Log Book.

    Does anyone know if its called a 'special' because it was bought new for the police?

    Just needs a paint job as the light bar/transfers have been removed. Looking forward to using it.

    Yes, 'special' was the designation for the facelift police Vectra's.

    It will be an SVO (Special Vehicle operations) car which is why it will have 'Special' on the V5, it will have things like brake cooling ducts, 'possibly' uprated suspension and brakes.

    But other than this it will be based around an SRi.
