My 4 hour clean today!!!!

Hello my fellow vec-c owners,
Here's some pictures of my pre-facelift gsi after 4 long hours of cleaning this afternoon
I decided to try some new techniques which i picked up from these forums.
Firstly i used the meguiars scratch-X to remove swirls (not bad but hard work by hand)
Then i used the meguiars clay bar and quick detailer to smooth the paintwork (great product and pleasently suprised with the out-come)
I then used Autoglym resin polish and extra gloss protection for the finishing stage.
Im well happy with the end result and even though i've never gone this far to clean a car before i can honestly say that im well and truely hooked!!!!! (bad back and all!!)
I'd be greatfull for some feedback on how it looks GOOD and BAD????

Nice job mate mines is black too and you can't beat a black car for shine when it's polished

Looking good mate, but shouldnt you stick a coat of wax on top of that to keep it looking good?
I washed and waxed my veccy yesterday, and my corsarustbucket this morning. AG shampoo/conditioner 2 bucket, and a coat of Nattys Poorboys. Looking good, but sick of cleaning now!

I wasnt sure about wax but now you've mentioned it i may do it tomorrow. oh no more expence! better not tell the mrs lol.
