if there is no flat spot then there is no need but the 2.5 was supplied with a 3bar and had an in herrent flat spot so most changed to a 3.8 like i did which solved the problem and made the car much more drivable,
you can get 4bar regs as well and thats what id now change to by choice but i dont know what the 3.2 runs, if its less than 4 then ill be changing

I beleive t runs at 3.8 bar but might be put right?
