centre console removal

guys.
i've look all arount the site and cant really find anything.
what i actually need is some kind of how to/instructions for removing the centre console, the bit from under the radio all the way back to behind the handbrake area.

hi m8
it easy
start at the back
remove the rear ash tray and power socket console(just pulls off)
undo the four torx bolts and remove the armrest.
undo any screws holding the plastic trim (not sure how many)
pull the centre cup holder out and undo a screw.
the rear part of the trim should now pull out.
in the footwells both sides you have 2 covers and a nut on each side undo all of these.not to sure but you might have to remove footrest a metal bolt thing just pull the bolt away it's just cliped in, them pull the footrest off.
remove front ash tray and and fitting and the gear stick surround.
also pull out the heater controls and storage tray below and remove the dash trim just below the heater vent and undo the torx screws that hold the center console then pull away gently.
i think that it m8 but just keep looking for screws incase i missed any

Hello mates,

I'm trying to accomplish exactly the opposite.
My car was not fitted with an armrest and I brought one and I'm trying to get it mounted. But, there is a problem because the armrest was not new and it doesn't have the four bolts that holds the armrest in place.
So I was wondering what kind of bolts do I need ? I'm interested in some specs so I can know what to ask at a local store or dealer here.

Also the armrest didn't came with the back panel.



I' will first call the guy that I got the armrest from, and if not I will start asking the local dealers.
