    Default Hayfever Relief Needed..

I am suffering very badly with Hayfever, plus flu like systems also... Any ideas what is best to take?

I am looking like Rudolf the red-nosed Reindeer, which is my new nickname at work..

My boss made me laugh today, he stated do you have swine flu and I stated if I did, I would not have been at work...

As the symptoms are like flu type, with sickness and diarrhea, as I stated I had food poisoning a couple of years ago, which I had to be hospitalized for 4 days..

Would not want to be going through that again, with tubes attached to me

I use a combination of galpharm non drowsy tablets (one a day) and Sudafed nasal spray. It seems to help relieve the symptoms.

I've suffered badly for years with hayfever, and tried them all......... piritin, clarityn, zirtek, nasal sprays etc.

Neo Clarityn (Des Loratadine) - its a slightly different chemical make-up to the normal Clarityn works well.

I also supplement this with a herbal remedy from A. Vogel. Its called Luffa Complex, and comes in liquid and tablet form.
You can get it from www.healthypeach.com

Thank you for information, I will look into this... I am new to hayfever, only had it for the past couple of years, the pollen seem to be very bad at the moment...

I never realised how bad it is, I am lucky that I have only had it a couple of years... While some of my friends and first boyfriend, had it since they where teenagers

A friend of mine went to her GP and gave her a steriod injection to relief this for her wedding as she suffers really badly, worked wonders for her and she didn't suffer at all.

Definately try the Luffa Complex, it certainly works for me and i've recommended it to a few others and it's worked for them.

    Good Luck.
