MLC... if the force say yes to that one can I blag a lift to the show!!! I don't mind putting my uniform on and handing out some leaflets!!!! It would probably further my cause in the battle to get the day off aswell!!!!

i've always wanted to join traffic but things as an AT are going too good for me to jack it in...maybe if construction goes completely tats up i'll join - especially as my local blues (Humberside Police) now have

- Vectra's (as pic'd)
- Volvo V70 T-5's (oh yes please!)
- New Scooby goes like stinky vroom vroom thingy (another yes please)
- BMW 330 (think thats right - but no thanks all the same)
- and finally - Protons on LPG!!!

...well 3 outta 5's not bad!! - MLC - what others you got??

Don't forget the two years on the beat dealing with snotty, ****y kids and picking drunks up off the floor, not to mention dealing with fights. What I couldn't do is stop myself reacting in the wrong way; especially at domestic callouts.

My respect to anyone that is thinking of doing or actually doing this job.

yeah that puts me off a little, but i dont mind - i'm ultra cool in pent up situations - and playing ruggers helps me control my aggression (why pound someone illegally when you can do it legally!??!?!)
