Depends what you want - assuming all of the above are integrated graphics on the motherboard, so you'll be limited in what games (assuming you play them...) you can run, the size of the monitor should you wish to upgrade to a 20" widescreen or similar later on...

Also, not sure why you'd want Vista Business, but depends on where the machine's coming from...

Unless you want (and can afford) to spec up a machine using individual components, they're probably ok and could do a lot worse...

Some deals like this by "Palicomp" at the moment, but they supply 450w PSU's!!! no good at all on a modern PC.
So just make sure the PSU is up to the job! and I can't stress that enough!

Both seem a tad expensive to me; they look like business systems, you will find home pc's generally have more multimedia functionality. It all really depends on what you plan on using it for! Is it definetly a desktop you need? there are some really good laptop deals at the moment.
If you want a PC you can upgrade and grow with you I'd stick away from any of the bigger manufacturers as they tend to limit what you can do.
Maybe look at getting something custom built if you want games / power processing.

I got a decent spec from palicomp , good graphics card aswell.
Best thing to do is go on ebay and look for gaming pc.
Find one of their auctions and you should get something decent for £300 ish , then once you have upgraded to the decent graphics card and memory etc , all in all with delivery you should be ok at about £450 - £500.
If you do win an auction , you upgrade over the phone after it ends.
Pm me if you want me to spec there best stuff.

As said above the 2 your looking at don't have graphics cards , so your screwed if your a gamer.

These guys are good (had a laptop from them). Not quite sure what you need - monitor or OS - but the pro version of this looks good:

They have monitors, and still do WinXP - or you use what you already have.
