Caterman box doesn't seem to fit ??

Hi Guys - Just bought a caterman box for my 57 plate 1.9 CDTi 120. However it doesn't seem to fit because the plastic lugs (seen at the top of plug in the picture). Don't appear to line up with the matching grooves in the end of the common rail.

Does anyone know if there are different connectors for older models ? ? I believe the caterman box was originally fitted to a 05 plate.

Any comments or suggestions gratefully received. ..

Hi i think that you have to take one of the lugs off the plug for it to fit....Sure someone will confirm this..

ARe they different conections for the 150 and the 120? That looks like the one i've fitted to my 150

i bought a dtuk green box off a member who had it fitted on his 150ps engine......mine is a 120ps and it fitted no probs.... hope that helps a little

there is a small yellow clip in the end of your plug. this pulls out remove it try again

When I got mine, I'm sure I had to cut the top two lugs off, for the Caterman box to conect. Once I did that l had no problems!
