Just to recap what weve got and need for our stand.

Phil has the BBQ's sorted?
The Club Banner & Stand, Ian (Yorkshire RO) has.
Flag, Rich3.2 has and Drinky is bringing a flagpole.

Gazeebo's? anyone got one or 2 they can bring?

Flyers, if everyone prints a few off, it would be really helpful.

Car Spec Sheets, When ready, would everyone fill in and bring their own.

Tickets will be here a week or two before the show.

Those that have ordered Polo shirts etc will have them before the show also.

Does anyone have access to anything that will smarten our stand up a bit?

I have a couple of flag poles and a Vauxhall flag and a Holden flag, I can also bring a gazebo.
I will certainly do a spec sheet and a few flyers.
I'm gona try and sort some plates out as well, the set I have has another web site on them, lol.
I put my name on the list, but have not paid for clothing yet, waiting to hear where to send PayPal to ???

I will print some flyers etc off Andy. I can bring a couple of big pump operated flasks for Tea and coffee. I will also get some disposable cups plates etc from Macro while I'm there this weekend.

gazebo's from GSi towers will make the trip..Got a few collapsable chairs and tables as well..
