    Default fuel on floor under car

    i have a vectra 2001 2dti wife filled car to top on saturday drove 10 mile to our house and left it till the monday when she had gone to to work i noticed a patch of diesel about 2 feet square on floor from the back of the car.. that was a week ago..the car has been filled again since and no leaks on floor it only ever did it that once what do you think could have caused this...regards..jim

    was it hot weather over the period of time you left it full?

    fuel expands in heat. only thing i can think of
