Default Having done nearly 6,000 miles in the car...

.....I have found things I do not like.

The idicators annoy me something chronic lol. They sometimes work properly and sometimes dont.

Lack of Aux in on the radio - WHY? Even Ford Mondeo's circa 2001 had them! lol.

Radio doesnt go as low as 152LW. I shall never listen to Radio 4 while I own this car - which I only listen to when the cricket is on anyway, but still!

These are the main issues - theres other things, but these are due to the spec of the car I bought, so cant really go down as annoying things lol.

    Otherwise, the car is great!

Indicators - What do you mean, are you talking about the setting for the M/Way and normal setting ??

You'll get used to the Indicators the more you drive the car. They are a pain though. If it ain't broke don't fix it springs to mind.

Aux. in totally agree with. Pathetic TBH when it's standard on the Astra Sri.

I listen to radio five sports extra for the cricket but I have to use a mini dab radio plugged into the Aux in. Rubbish really.

I find sometimes when indicating right onto roundabout where e.g you have to steer to slightly to the left and then right around the roundabout, the indicators will cancel too soon, so it would appear there's not much steering angle for the self cancelling business at least not on mine!!

TBH I never liked the indicators on my vec-c, even though I had got used to them after 37k miles...lol I still very occasionally managed to operate the opposite side when cancelling. Rather than pressing back to centre as many still do, its much better to press it a second time in the same direction to cancel, which prevents the risk of actuating the other side indicator.

One can easily spot new veccie owners, as often one would see the opposite indicator come on when they intended to cancel it...lol

Thank god, VX have gone back to a more conventional indicator stalk on the Insignia, and work with no issues at all.

I must admit when I first got my Vec C I wasn't too sure on the indicators, but now I am used to them I absolutely love them and hate it when I drive a car with "conventional" indicators.
