Another Tyre Question

okay so i have these wheels i have no idea what there called and that but there standard Vauxhall 16's. tyres at the moment are 215/55/16 can i fit 225/55/16 's on these wheels? as on the rear of the wheel it says 6.5J but some people say that 215's are the max for this and some say you can go up to 235 if you were that desprate


........btw please ignore the dirt and the fact my suspention has collapsed. its the only pic of the wheel i had to hand lol

If you go to 225 you'll need 45 profile- you move one size wider (10 mm) then 10mm smaller on profile. You can go wider as long as you reduce the profile but the tyre will overhang the rim
