    Default tesco clubcard

anyone noticed that when u fill up your getting no points put on your card.even thou it stats that they have gone on on the receipt.
im a 7.5t driver i put upto 500 clubcard points on every week and with the promo of double points on fuel it goes up to 1,000 points per week.and in the last 2 months my points have only gone up by just over a 1,400.
at the mo i have 7,049 points my guess but i should have around 11,000 by now.

If you've got your reciepts take them to tesco, points can be added on by the customer service team, no point losing out

You can't use your fuel card and get Morrisons points,I'd be having free shopping every week by now otherwise!

Your clubcard will be have a "home" store ( where you first signed up), go in there and buy something, then your reciept will update..

Or call the 0800 number on the back ( 0800 505555) and ask what your points total is...

    Tec problem with some cards...

I thought the maximum number of points for fuel was £55? IE 55 points.

I definitely get points for fuel on my Clubcard. In fact, with three cars on the card (myself and my two housemates all use the same Clubcard number) we hit over £1200 of fuel a quarter.

I've started filling up on diesel at Shell on the A19; it's cheaper than any of the three local Tesco stations; two of which are Tesco-branded and the other Esso-brand.
