mines is the same mate allso along the front edge of my rear seats are the same but thats kids lol rubbing along them when they get in the car
I cant really say the leather has gone bobbly, but its wearing a bit
Use a brand new bic disposable razor.... works well on bobbles.
good idea jamie never thought of that good manOriginally Posted by Jamie1979
Being a girly - I am kinds good at sorting out bobbly fabric - two choices - you can buy a little device that looks like a tiny fan, which removes the bobbles (they make them for knitted jumpers!) or, best solution (very, very gently) use an old slightly blunted Bic razor, and run it over the bobbles, as if shaving them Picks them off in no time
I must stress VERY gently, otherwise you'll end up with damn great holes in the upholstery!!! Wouldn't recomend doing this too often though, and the fabric will eventually start to wear thin, but it does do the trick!
okay - in the time it tok me to write that epic - Jamie beat me to it!!!!!!
lol... and I'm not a girly either, does that make me a "new man"??
Have To Say I Miss The Leather Of My Old Veccy Cdx No Bobble Problems! It Has Bobbles On Back Seats Aswell Due To Little Treasures Getting In And Out,the Seat Material Doesnt Seem To Be The Most Hard Wearing.wonder What It Will Be Like In A Few Years Time.would Be A Bit Nervous About Attacking It With A Bic Razor Mind You!
