Default Busy Day For Repairs on my vecy

Has some urget stuff i had to do like BRAKES. i could hear scrapeing coming from rear of car but pads look ok, i picked up some discs and pads from dealer as it was in for warranty work (new cat/downpipe as its leaking a flex he thinks, and a new interior fan motor as bearings had gone)

Any way got home and removed pads and OMFG i had no pad?????one side had warn completly? what would cause this? heres a pic?

I also cleaned EGR and Boost sensor, how gunky are they!!!! Im quite concerned how dirty the inlet is??? car has 52k on it? all i can think is its down to the tuning box dunping extra fuel? box off and egr cleaned and it feels i different car

ALSO SPOT THE NEW VECY MUG, am i first to put it to proper use/. lol

tasted great not doing too bad for warranty lol I think when they done the turbo/maifold i think they lust let the cat hang and its stretched the flex? (keep getting fumes when i stop, but not all the time) not moaning at a new cat anyway lol.52k free use lol

    warranty work

    2x turbo/maifold (2nd was faulty)
    DMF + clutch
    Hand brake assembly
    EGR
    Boost sensor
    Resistor pack
    Interior Fan motor
Front seat foam/cloth (as it had i strange fold in it lol)
    hand brake recall spring thing

Wonder whats next??? who said the 150 cdti is a good car? lol

Is it normal for the pads to wear like that?? i used plenty of copper grease so fingers crossed the pads will move better now?

The pads always wear slightly uneven, the piston side pads touches first then pulls the other side onto the disc, this is why it's best to check both pads not just the outer.

May be worth checking that the piston is not binding - had this on mine and wore one side down to the metal, that was rear as well. Dealer freed up the piston and put new pads on and all was well.
