    Default After market Blaupunkt

I have a Blaupunk memphis fitted in my vec full can bus! no steering controls and not ideal power control via the cig lighter feed! the place where I bought the unit do an adaptor bit its 100 quid

    can be found here http://www.bluespot.co.uk/install/show_model.asp?id=288

just wondered if that money would be well spent, what would I gain apart from steering controls?

Or would I best get a cd40 opera?

    cheers Ronnie

Power through the wiring loom, so radio is ignition controlled and will also operate independently of the ignition, i.e. will switch on with the ignition key out if required.

Have one in mine yes it's expensive but it works well.

Comes with the Vectra aerial adaptor which is £11.99 otherwise.

Or if you don't want steering wheel controls but want proper ignition control get the Vauxhall Vectra wiring adaptor at the bottom of the page for £19.99, but you will loose the ability to reset the car clock as no steering wheel controls
