Default What is the "Road Tax Class of a Vec Diesel"

    All,

I would appreciate some help, can somone with a Diesel maybe have a look at their vehicle registration document to see what tax class a Vec Diesel is. Please.
I think it is a PLG (Private/Light Goods) but I am unsure.
The reason I am asking is that my car is usually a Disabled Tax Class but despite much trying, the Department of Work and Pensions have not sent a DLA 404 form out even though I have requested and am entitled (and they agree I am entitled). My road tax runs out at end of 30th April (Thursday) and I am filling out a V10 form incase I have to go back to normal tax class until this is sorted out.
    Thanks

I would think this one might be a little more help.

I'm not too sure if the taxation class has a lot to do with it really.... it's your exemption certificate that is important.

When they changed to classing based on co2 emmissions they specify what it is, not just PLG. So a petrol would have PC written on it (for petrol car) and a diesel (like mine) would have DC on it. Hope this helps.
