    Default Springs and shocks ordered!!!

    Ordered some Pi 45/40mm springs and B4 rear shocks on Friday,just got to wait now for them to arrive and get them fitted.........

    I also won a 5 speed Astra gearknob and just waiting delivery of these blinds from pyro_maniac,also i'll be ordering some new tyres once shocks and springs fitted and getting a full wheel alignment done,so watch this space for the pic's,as there will be lots...............

    can you let me know how you change the gear knob, well how you attach the Astra one

    Are you going for a Hunter setup check dude? I had mine done last week, where they check the camber, tracking, alignment, toe-in, every single measurement you can think of, using lasers. You also get a printout of the before and after giving all the measurements and tolerances...

    Well worth the 80 quid and car feels much better now as mine was well out in lots of areas...

    It's easy enough mate - I changed mine a few weeks ago. There's 4 torx screws at the base of the unit, and a ball joint at the bottom which you clip out. Take off the right-hand coupling with the spring on it and out it all comes. The trickiest bit is swapping the gaitors over as the Vewctra one needs a bit of modding to fit properly....

    Yeah i think they have that at the local Pro-tyre place..........

    I just told the missus i was changing them because i don't want the Vx one's breaking on the motorway or any other time..........
