Default Is that a turkey under your car? Help!!!

Hi guys I have been getting a weird noise comming from the rear of the car everytime I go over speed bumps or along a rough road.My wife recons it sounds like a turkey. My mechanic inspected it and found broken rear springs, worn upper control arms and a prob with steering rack. I have just paid to have Eibachs fitted all round and both the other probs fixed but still the noise persists. The mechanic is at a loss as he says everything else looks Ok and says when he drove it the noise does come from the rear and sound like a pigeon. While Im not a expert on bird noises it is ****** anoying, any ideas what it could be?

And before anyone asks I will post pics of lowered car ASAP along with other mods I have done recently and kept under wraps

    Cheers

I bet its the boot rubbing up against its stops. On the Vec there is a sort of plastic/rubber V that the latch goes into and that can make a funny noise. Try putting some silicone grease on there and see if the noise goes away.
