    Default Gurkha

    This is my rant.

The Goverment have limited the amount of Gurkhas allowd into this country and the must have served in army for 20 year before they can apply for residencey. These people have serve our county.

So how come the goverment have allowed 30K Somalia's to setle in the Lawrence hill area of bristol. They have not served in the army. They are either robbing boats or robbing benifits .

It says it all about our country today.

These proud men are willing to give their lives for our freedom and have served the British Army proudly for years. My grandfather always said that the Gurkhas he fought alongside were some of the best soldiers and best men - honourable, honest, proud. They have to serve 20 years in the British Army to get a place in our society. All other Commonwealth soldiers have to serve 4 years.

And that's before you think of all the illegal immigrant who make Britain their home, Euro zone inhabitants who come over to see what they can bleed us for and our own special home-grown wasters who do nothing but take.

I feel ashamed at being British today.

Having served in the Forces and growing up with the army I have met a few Gurkhas' in my time. I can't think of a more respectful, honourable and pleaseant bunch of people, you will never see a scruffy Gurkha even on his day off. I would be happy to call any one of them my neighbour and think this is totally wrong!

Any person who has served our country like they have deserves our respect and the right to live here, if they are good enough to die for this country, they should be good enough to live here! THIS MUST CHANGE!

    Robbie

Oh and they should have the same rights as EVERY other serving member of the British army, I thought we had stopped treating people like second class citizens, sorry but this REALLY makes my blood boil! REALLY!!!!!!!!!

I served with the Gurkhas in the Falklands and they are amazing people and SOOOO proud to be a Part if the British Army. They are then treated worse than dirt. I am ashamed to be british quite frankly. Have you noticed how it is never referred to as Great Britain anymore, I wonder why that is.....

I detest this country with a passion now and I so wish I had the money to get out of here. I would never ever return.

It's OK to allow terrorists into the country, sponging off the state and wanting to blow us all up.

You have loyal people serving the crown being told by Labour to push off!!

God it makes my blood boil ...............
