Vec-C Gear Knob onto Vec-B Stick??

I hate the Vec-B gear knob and really like the Vec-C gear knob, was wondering if the C one would fit a B stick?

Anyone know?

Also, what should I be looking to pay for a gear knob itself, the one with the reverse in the bottom right and 5 -speed....DTI me thinks!
