torque settings for front right strut please

hi all just changing the front drivers spring. can anyone please help with the torque settings on the nuts while im refitting. such as the anti roll bar,2x bolt/nuts for the connection to the disc/hub and top mounting torques please.
the how to is great but no torques and being me havnt got a manual

I'd just do them FT m8,very tight,hth........

I can't see it being difficult. At the same time I may take some photo's in order to do a how to....

there is a how to and it was easy so you shouldnt have any probs "ste" and thanks all i made sure they were vvft. will however check them again in about 100-200 miles time just to be on the safe side as im not the strongest man in the world.
