    Default Headlight protectors.......pre facelift

    been thinking about getting some but in 2 minds, ive heard there a pain to clean?

    depends what yours plans are - if your going to colour code then go fot it - if your going to just put em on - theres no real benefit unless you travel abroad and needed beam adjuster stickers -

    as headlights are now hardened plastics rather than glass there less likely to be damaged by stones etc

    I've got them on my car, and i'm pleased with them. I colour coded mine and made them look like twin headlights. Easy job with a bit of sticky back plastic.

    i had them fitted for age's...clear one's and then the carbon one's, only took em off as i fitted some 'eyebrow's'....get em on mate

    Not for me either - I know they are, but they look very "stuck on" and don't really serve a purpose (as has been said above) other than looks, and IMO they don't look very good.

    Had them fitted since I got the car – have just got another set of e-bay (used good condition - £5.99 & £5 postage) as one on the car is cracked and broken.

    The dirt does build up behind them, especially in the winter with the cr@p on the roads, 2 small screws and they come of in a few seconds.

    I much prefer changing a protector to changing a headlight, lots of £s’ cheaper

    i was considering getting a set of the carbon ones as a cheaper alternative to a set of smoked headlights! any close up pics anyone?? prefacelift
