Front Fogs? posible or not??

im looking into getting an SRi front bumper and i dont want to have none- working fog lights. what will i have to do to get them working? ive got a 2.0DTi Energy 54 plate. will it have the wiring behind the standard bumper? if so is it a plug and play jobbie (obviously i know ill have to change the lights switch) or will i have to get them Tech2'ed in?

if you have all the wiring, switch yes you still need tech2.
