    How do you change the fuel filter on a 2.2 Direct??

    it looks pretty easy mate, just serviced mine myself but didnt get round to doin the filter as it started raining, it s underneath next to fuel tank, couple of clips and 2 fuel pipes to disconect. hth.

    fuel will only p**s out if your ignition is on if i remember rightly, going back to my days of driving astra gte's, lol, you will lose some fuel but just put a small container under the car to catch it. good luck.
    as for air getting in the lines, i doubt it very much.
