upgrade done what next ?

well ive done another upgrade today guys !!!!!!!!
ive taken the airbox intake out and put in a 571i top carbon k&n induction kit in.
not only does it look good the sound of the air being sucked in when revs hit high and the speed increase is the dogs
what next i wounder ?

two things seem to be missing the extra cold air feed and the heat shield.

that thing needs cold air and it needs protecting from the warm air.

when I had one I ran a pipe from under the car to the filter and I dremmel'd the plastic plate where a spot light would go and ran another pipe.

worked really well.

Absolutely point less if you ask me..
No cold air going in.. More noise..

The air box used cold air - the more cold air the denser the volume - more volume the better air quality going throught the Air Mass Meter - the better the mixture - the better the performance - you would have been better off with the K&N Panel filter..
Remember the Poly-V belt when wet sprays water everywhere - take a look at the dirty on your bonnet..
If these were any good VX would fit them to all there cars..
You would have been better fitting four prong plugs for a better burn..
Bet you pop your Air Mass Meter...

lol, i have a k&n incduction kit almost the same as this, use a vxr intake and got a metal shop to make a heat sheild......and yes, it makes a hell of a difference sound and performance.....ignore the dissbelievers
