    Default Tyre bulging....

What normally causes a tyre to bulge up quite badly on the inside edge?? I've got a perfectly good tyre tread wise, but was getting vibration and odd noises through the steering and when we got the wheels off the o/s front tyre has an enormous bulge which has cuased my car to be off the road for a while

After it had its MOT there was an enormous pot hole my car fell into as the force of it caused the sunglasses holder to fall out onto me and thats when I started to get the vibration, I've not used the car since I found the bulge as it looks ready to explode lol and the vibration through the steering is awful

The rim was fine on the tyre machine, just the tyre itself is the problem

I would be tempted to take a pic asap of the offending hole/tyre & report it to your local council requesting compensation hth .............

I'll sort that out, only problem is there are that many holes and bumps in the little stretch it happened on I can't narrow it down

UK roads aren't suitable for 19" rims. Even 18's are pretty dodgy on some of the rutted strips of tarmac they call roads.

The roads round this way just seem to be getting worse, they just patch them up with some stuff that lasts a few days
