Anyone know where i can get hold of this ?

Hi all, i'm trying t track down part number - 2443 7713, its a motor that operates the swirl arm in the manifold (thats what it looks like on the diagram)

i heard on the grapevine that this part can be bought for about 140 quid or so, and thus negates the need to buy the whole manifold etc for 500

..

can any one shed some light on where i can get my mits on this elusive part?

Hi

I don´t know what engine you are talking about, but the motor,or electric drive module as it´s called, is possible to buy seperatly. At least to the 1,9cdti engine.

Part number comes up as valve on the induction manifold for a Z22YH engine. Can you not just get it from a dealer then?

yeah thats wot i thought at first, UNTIL, they said they've never sold that part seperatley before and will only sell the 'WHOLE' unit for 450 QUID

..

surely this can't be right? right?

sorry, it´s just this german version.
Seems strange that they only sell the whole unit.
I know it´s possible to buy it seperatly for my Z19DTH, but this could of course differ from engine to engine.

I searched the site for a part to your Z22YH, but couldn´t find it.
I will keep my eyes open and let you know if i find something.
