    Default White Sludge

    Just took out the dipstick to check oil and seen some sludge there,although there is none around the oil cap cars been sitting all night, should i start to worry, " olden " days meant the head gasket is on its way out , or am i talking **** ?

    Please help

    i know veccys have a small problem with moisture go for a long drive then check it

    If you do alot of town driving it could be down to that

    Used to get loads of mayo under the filler cap on my old 2.2 Direct but its just moisture build up, I never lost any oil or water.

    Yep, fairly common I think for moisture/condensation to build up!
