vxl change service intervals on cdti

went to dealer this morning to get interior mats etc and asked about warranty and service intervals.said what mine was and came back and said vxl changed intervals to 20.k or 1 year not 20k or 2 years as some older ones were.
any one had same experience? - don`t have manual till thursday when pick car up so i can`t check.

On current Vectra's they've dropped the Flex Service option and just reverted back to the normal 20,000 miles/1 year intervals. If you're on the Flex service on yours you can still carry on with it, you don't have to change if you don't want to. You'll still have the full service history if you stick to the Flex service.

According to the manual, my (2005) CDTi is every 2 years or 30k.

mines a 54 plate registered 30th september 2004.so i guess it`s 20k or 1 yr ,m8`s got 53 plate and no` of differences between mine and his.
when get manuals on thursday will check and see what that says.but i`m pretty sure now that mines 20k or 1 yr.makes no difference to me cos it`ll get done on time rather than miles also will get oil change done in between cos of type milage it`ll do.
also might be able to check if it`s got flex service by pressing milage reset button with key out,should say how long left to service if it on flex.

some more confusion now,with the above post.will wait till thursday see what manual says and then phone dealer and see

Current Vectra 1.9 CDTi's are 2 years or 30,000 miles.

This will change for 2006 model year cars, which will be 20,000 miles or 1 year.

confusion alittle on this then.from some posts above but think general idea is 2yr or 30k.
anyway will get oil change long time before vxl state,who leaves oil in for 30k?apart from fleet managers.
