    Default leather care.

    i got some meguiars lether care and conditioner,should have asked before buying it but anyone know what its like,got stage 2 and 3 aswell,polish and wax so going to give it a good scrubbin once i'v finished c/c my 'v'.

    once i'v finished my 'v' think am goin to concentrate on the detailing of the car and get it lookin like it did comin out of the showroom again.so be lookin through threads to get some info some time

    i use Chemical Guys Liquid leather, stuff is truly amazing

    its not bad, best thing to use is actually saddle wax from stables! costs about £10 for 20f oz and lasts for years! may be worth you bauying when meg has gone!

    whats the price comparison compared to the chemical guys and the sadle wax.know a guy who owns a load of horses so always a chance to ask him.chemical guys,is that what your usin i geuss lump.hows it bring up your seats,seen a thread with your leather installed.mines isnt all that bad but a good clean wouldnt go a miss

    wax will last longer, best way to do it is liberally apply to leather and leave overnight, because wax is pourous it will soak in, you will be suprised the next day as most of it will of soaked in , then just buff.if leather has soaked all the wax the following day the leather is'thirsty' so repeat process(i used to be a leather cleaner!)

    I've had some good results with Gliptone lately.
    I bought the gentle leather cleaner and liquid conditioner after reading about it on Detailing World and a few guys at work recommended it.
    The cleaner isn't the best but the conditioner brings back the sheen and darkens the leather again. Plus enriches the smell.

    yes ive heard the same about it, how much did you get ? got enough for a wee sample

    I only went for the small bottle Lump because I hadn't used it before so didn't know if it was worth getting.
    I will check how much is left and see if I can sort you out with a little bit.
