First Improvements

Done my first few improvements since I bought this a week ago...

Clear Indicators
SRi Rear Lights
Flat Blade Wipers
Vectra Mats
Debadged Side

Got a few other things in the pipeline but I'll leave those till next time

Hopefully won't look like too much like an elderly car for much longer. Any recommendations/comments are welcome

Hi mate I'd de-badge the boot too,it'll look better without it.

I would but there appears to be some rust like staining around the letters, would this come off with a pollish if I do take off the badges? Bit anxious about those two.

I wouldn't like to guess mate I've notice a few minute specks of rust on my chrome stripe too but from a distance they ain't too bad. It's really try it and see how it goes. Just use a Hairdryer and a credit card then a good rub with a polish to take away any sticky marks from the boot badge,maybe a metal polish would help with the strip but I replaced them with BLACK KNIGHT on mine and it covered them up nicely. Hth.

Ahhh I see, really want to but I had so many problems with my last corsa with debadging. Didn't want to push my luck

Wanted to wait till I'd got the back end sorted out and then debadge it all, it'd look a bit pathetic if I did it now do you think?

That car looks absolutely amazing black knight.

Thanks Dan yeh it's made a big difference with it all the way along now.

Debadged the boot and it's not too good. The big vauxhall badge has left a bit of a mark in places, just like what the corsa did

You can't see it from most angles but I managed to get a photo of the mess.
Anything you can recommend to get rid of it without putting the badge back on?
