    Default Are the brake discs on a 55 plate SRI 150 100% 285mm and back 279mm

    It may be a daft question but need to order some tonight for my car asap. And dont want wrong ones. cheers guys

    Yes 100% the 2.0T has 302mm and 279mm rears and the later V6's and GSI's have 314m fronts and 285mm vented rears. There are other variations but yours is 100% 285mm and 279mm.

    Oh so I'm not the only one who had dificulty stopping the thing went well but try to stop that was an 850 cc Happy Days the servo was ..........

    You don't need to slow down in a mini, just turn in and hold on. Always promised myself when I get the space, time and money I'd get another and drop in something with a bit of grunt. I've seen a pick up with a Rover V8 in the back and a Clubman with a Granada Scorpio lump and the full 4 wheel drive system fitted.

    I loved my 1961 Mini went top to toe of the county & it let me down once dreaded water in the distributor it was down, a quick dry wipe out & away we went ............
